The primary purpose of the facility is to provide a short-term working capital loan to Morgan Company. The capital will fund essential predevelopment milestones, including architectural and engineering fees, technical drawings, legal costs, and contract deposits across a premium pipeline of national credit-tenant and grocery-anchored commercial real estate projects in the Southeast US.
